Some paths choose you before you know you're walking them.

Growing up, I visited my great-grandfather's herbal apothecary and the memory of that place, its scent, its warmth, and the quiet hope it held for so many people, never truly left me.

He was a revered herbalist who helped people conceive after years of trying. I witnessed this as a child. And though I didn't fully understand it then, it planted something in me that would shape my entire life.

Years later, when I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine, I finally understood why that memory had stayed with me.

Today, as a TCM Practitioner, I have the privilege of practising both acupuncture and herbal medicine here in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, carrying forward the same traditions my great-grandfather devoted his life to.
